We sell hot Belgian Waffles made and cooked in the box with whipped cream and various toppings. As you can see from the photos we have spared no expense what so ever. It comes fully kitted out with everything you can see in the pictures. Which is all professional quality. The outside seating area and branding comes with the business. The pitch is permanent and comes fully serviced with electric and water. The only thing to pay for is the rent which is a day rate and only paid on the days you trade. The other charge is a small nominal electric charge. You never need to take or tow anywhere as its locked in a secure gated yard at night.
