Exclusive Ice Cream Van

The complete design has been done in stainless steel and contains 2 large freezers with accompanying compressor and thermostats. It is possible to set the temperature of both freezers separately.

The total capacity of both freezers together is 250 liters minimum.

One refrigerator to store drinks and all kinds of fresh products if necessary.

A double 12V milkshake machine has been put on top of the refrigerator.

A counter has been installed beneath the window to serve customers. This counter contains built-in trays for sweets, nuts, etcetera.

An inox holder for ice-cream cones has also be installed on this counter.

To the left of the counter, has been build in a washbasin with running water.

We have also installed a sprayer close to the freezer for the ice tongs.

This counter has doors as well so that it is possible to provide tanks for clean water and waste water inside of the counter.

To the right of the freezer, cubicles has been built in which may be used to store bottles for different toppings.

An inox tray has been mounted on the left side of the vehicle, above the freezer, to store different types of ice-cream bowls.

At the back, above the freezer, a double bracket has been mounted on the ceiling to store the cookie jars.

Light fittings are also built in on
the ceiling. It will be possible to activate both the interior lighting
and the lighting of the polyester ice-cream cones on the outside of the
vehicle using a dashboard switch.

A sound horn has been installed on top of the roof for the musical installation.

All refrigerators and freezers works on 220V. You will be able to connect them to the supply with an external socket.
