The Crown at Tolldown is a Wadworth pub on the A46 fifteen minutes from Bath and twenty from Bristol. We are looking for a kitchen assistant to be an integral part of busy kitchen, approximately 35-40 hours per week. With nine letting rooms opened in 2014, the business is going from strength to strength and we need the staff to support it.
Your duties will involve:
• Washing up
• Basic food preparation
• Labelling of food to meet food safety requirements
• Keeping all areas of the kitchen clean
• Putting away deliveries
We currently have a 5/5 ‘Scores on the Doors’ rating from Environmental Health, and it is essential that we maintain this standard. Working with a team of four chefs, your role will be key and therefore you must be reliable and have a degree of flexibility.
