Catering van is 8ft x 6ft

Catering van is 8ft x 6ft 10ft overall inc toe hitch sale incs fridge ,freezer ,small drinks fridge, , electric bain marie , lpg hot plate and lpg parry water boiler all in good working order, van itself is in good condition will I expect need a deep clean as has been used continuesly since july 2015 and will be used up until sold , gas cert runs out in july but there will be no issues whatsoever in getting new one.
The viynl flooring will need changing has it has been torn.
Van has done and continues to do me proud only reason forcsale is that I have bought bigger van ,
