I am reluctantly listing one of my trailers and pitch due to break down of relationship, so it needs to go sadly.
The trailer has just been fully refurbished 4 months ago and is on a permanent site with over 3000 works on the estate and has just had a 5-star rating.
The equipment in the trailer is a 3 burner LPG parry griddle, a parry LPG bain Marie. a LPG burco boiler, a parry electric pie warmer, electric hot water heater, twin sinks with flex tap, toaster, microwave, fridge freezer, a under counter fridge, electric tin opener and the chopping boards and matching knifes loads of utensils. fire blanket, fire extinguisher. first aid box, till, loads of storage space in the units and on the shelves everything you need to come in from day 1 and start to earn money.
The unit is trading 5 days a week 7.30 till 2pm but there is money more to be made every day of the week on average we are In excess of £700 p/w on the 5 day, but this is still increasing even at this bad time.
We power the unit by generator which is 16 months old and the water is fed from a water tank which are both mounted in our vans which comes in with the price the van is a 57 reg Peugeot expert ex jiffy van it has a long mot 2 keys and ready to drive away
The trailer is watertight, has anti slip flooring down and has a gas locker that hold 2 x 47kg LPG bottles there is also an outside Grease trap to keep with the new regulations,
Running costs for the generator and LPG run at about £4.70 for the gas p/day and about £6 p/day on fuel for the generator which covers the set-up time and time for a good clean down at the end of each day so even with these costs and the stock costs there a good profit at the end of each week and is still growing
We have a deal in place with landowners where we give their staff a very small discount of 50p and for this we can use the toilets and the uses of their land if its kept tidy around the trailer and seating area as well as the off-road parking for the van.
