Opening service hatchwith gas strut hinge system and built in cake/refreshment display area. Theinterior surfaces are a wipeable plastic and stainless steel finish to complywith food hygiene regulations. It is well lit with roof LED spot lighting. Water:

6x25 litre containers pump through to water heater via a filtrationsystem. Waste water is collected in a container which is filtered through a drainedgrease box.

Gas:

2 x 19kg bottles feed the frying griddle.
