Main unit contains cookery area with built up service counters sitting at front on sub-floor at customer level.

Main unit contains:

Custom built oven with capacity to roast up to six whole pigs at once
Sinks with separate hand wash
Coffee machine
Burco Boiler
2 x drinks fridge
Fully chequer plated floor, stainless work surfaces and walling for ease of cleaning

Servery area consists of:

Heated curved display counter allowing one pig to be displayed and one to be carved at any one time
Three heated serve over counters with sunken bain-maries
Full washable sub-floor for ease of cleaning

All servery counters are timber clad for an eye-catching image with gives the 'farm shop' feel
A wide range of additional equipment is also available, griddles etc

This unit has got tremendous capacity

Currently used as a speciality hog roast unit but would be suitable for any other roast meats, pies etc.
