(although it's a negative in regards Facebook feedback, it's a positive in terms of the buisness to be that busy orders were delayed), having said that this was in the first week or two of opening & we now make fresh food cooked perfectly & on time, everytime.

We are on Just eat, food hub, Uber eats & an online portal, with almost every day we open, we start pre orders are on the apps.

We offer collection via telephone, walk up & delivery, Facebook orders as well as all of the apps.

Both Facebook & Instagram accounts ARE Included in the sale.

The van is located near Accrington centre, just over the road from Homebargains & The food Warehouse, with a rent of £250 per calendar month (its nothing in rent)

The van is open Friday, Saturday & Sunday 5 till 11 with most of those hours requiring 2 delivery drivers & collections.

There is a pub less than 60 metres away (if you want the trade after 11) seems a busy little pub to be fair.

The contents on the inside ARE Included, this includes all the utensils, the gas / LPG fryer, griddle, fridge etc. The van inside would fit 3 people working in comfortably.

10,000 leaflets went out around Accrington last month and the response was almost immediate.

The van if operating from say 11am until 11pm 7 days a week would see you earn some serious money (I'm talking into the thousands a week profit).

This van takes some good money when open just the hours it is a week.

We already have the regular orders on a weekly basis & get plenty of phone calls during the week to ask if we are open "as its the best takeaway in the North" that was from a disappointed customer who had to wait until the Friday for a burger!!
