My name is Emma Eldridge and I am the owner of FED BY FREDA...I would like to tell you a little bit about my business.

Freda May Eldridge was my husband's mother and we lost her in July 2024, Freda was a family orientated lady who would host people for meals if they were eating alone and this invitation was especially extended at Christmas time. Her love for home cooked food and family and friends is what inspired us to start a catering business in her name. Her legacy is a 16 ft  catering trailer we bought and renovated and named after her.

With that in mind I would like to offer you the opportunity to have this business in your car park in Southampton. There would be a monthly commission to be 

agreed upon paid directly to your company for allowing FED BY FREDA to trade.

We are members of NCASS and have all relevant legal documents required to trade including liability insurance, Risk assessments, Food hygiene certificates, Gas and electrical safety certificates. 

We are local to Shirley Southampton and look forward to bringing the local community good, honest food at unbeatable prices.
