is reluctantly being sold as we move onto pastures new. It has been an

incredibly well received, much-loved and thriving service in our area and one

which has worked better than we could ever have hoped! Last year, we were so

busy that it was a job to keep up! Sadly, all good things come to an end, and

we had to make the decision to close our doors for the last time. A fantastic

and exciting opportunity to own a totally unique vehicle and to run your own

small business OR further convert to campervan!

Fully converted 7.5T Iveco diesel library van all ready to

go. MOT until April 2026 LOW mileage

(132944km / 82607 miles).

Lovingly converted, this has been used very successfully for

4 years, providing a walk on mobile farm shop to villages and the small town

near our home. Would also be suitable as a static farm shop, visiting

campsites, or similar especially where planning permission for permanent

structures might be an issue.

The vehicle exterior was completed using a vinyl wrap with

the lower skirt being professionally painted. The lower skirt has some paint

missing and could do with touching up. The decals (Logos etc) can be removed

and replaced with ones of your choice.

There is a disabled access lift. The stairs leading into the

vehicle easily convert into a flat wheelchair lift or for those unable to use

the stairs. This is currently not operating due to a damaged wire. Apparently

will be quite straightforward to repair if lift is required.

Vehicle is accessed by a side door and up 3 steps with two

sturdy rails. (Coverts to disabled lift)

INTERNAL

Fitted with multiple shelves to suit an array of

different products. Nearly all enable goods to remain insitu during transit.

This includes some ingenious shelves for bottles of juice etc! PLEASE NOTE: Baskets NOT included in the sale but available by separate negotiation.

Wonderful stock drawers running full length on one side and

another drawer near the front. 

There is currently a small area near the cash register

fitted with a peg board, pegs etc that we use for some of the local crafts we

sell. These will be removed unless definitely required (Available by separate

negotiation). One short shelf runs along this section.

Small hand wash basin fitted with a pump action tap (Water

bottle sits on shelf under the basin & is included in sale) This is to

comply with food hygiene rules. Lovely tiled splash back and soap dispenser. (Towels

NOT included in price)

The section between two front seats (Raised access cover for

engine) is a great place to place boxes etc whilst operating.

There are a total of 6 double power sockets in various

places to enable the use of refrigeration if required as well as cash register,

vegetable scales (Not included or available), chargers, a heater in the cold weather or air cooler in the

hot weather. (or whatever is required).

There are approximately £1000 worth of solar panels on the

roof running the full length on both sides. All are in working order.

Unfortunately the inverter has now failed but if replaced, solar energy could

be used to provide power. The inverter is situated in the rear nearside hatch.

Tall commercial fridge as well

as a freezer on board. PLEASE NOTE: These are NOT included in the

sale but are available by separate negotiation. (A 10M

external power cable is included in the sale.)

ALL electrical work was carried out by a  specialist

vehicle electrician to a high standard.

As seen in the photos, we set up using tables outside .We

have found that this makes for a more welcoming experience for the customers. The

tables are NOT included in the sale and are not available but photos

included to give an idea!

Appropriate fire extinguishers are situated both by the door

and in the front of the vehicle and are included in the sale. These may need

checking by your local authority / fire inspector.
