catering van is 14 months old includes 3ft griddle,3 pot bainmarie,water boiler,foodwarmer and small oven,two fridges.been trading for 4 years on a council licenced pitch which is paid up untill april 2009.we are parked in a big layby with factorys and landfill site opposite,takings are between £600-£1000 pw bookwork to prove,we are situated in aldridge in walsall,also there is a car included a shogun which tows the trailer out 500 metres(parked securely in a container yard behind us) so there is no towing on the main roads.plus everything is delivered so no need to be in the cash and carrys every day.everything is set up nice so all you have to do is drive to the container yard jump in the shogun drive out and open the hatch and serve, the only reason i am selling is because i am 38 weeks pregnant and cant carry it on, may sell seperatly i.e pitch £7000 van £4000
